Return Policy
Here at Chapel Hills we understand that sometimes items you purchase for yourself or loved ones need to be returned. For items purchased with cash, money orders, personal checks we will gladly refund the full amount of money or exchange your item if it is returned within ten days of its purchase.

Credit card purchases have a slightly different return policy. As of October 1st, 2003 all major credit card companies started charging merchants a large percentage for returned items. Because of this, we will have to charge a restocking fee if a credit card order is returned.There is no restocking fee if exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

The restocking fees are as follows:
Mastercard, Visa, and Discover: 2.5% of total purchase.  American Express: 3% of total purchase.
This restocking fee does not apply to non-credit card orders. Restocking fee does not apply for items returned for exchange or store credit.  Items returned damaged, or altered from their original state, a refund will not be granted.  For special order items are sales are final.

Shipping
We ship in stock items on the following business day.
We offer U.S.P.S. registered mail for a flat fee of $15
We also ship U.S.P.S. Express Mail (overnight) for $25
About U.S.P.S. :
Registered and mail takes 5-7 business day to receive an item.
Express mail will be recieved next day with exception of certain zip codes.
Registered and Express mail will only ship to a street address, sorry no P.O. boxes.
Signature is required.
Fedex or UPS may be used upon special request.
We know that jewelry is often for a special occasion or holiday and we will work with you to make sure your purchase reaches you on time.

Store Inventory
This is look into how our store inventory operates:
Store items not stocked take about four to six weeks to receive. Because we are a finer high end jewelry store we do not maintain multiples of items. If something is already sold and out of stock we must reorder it. We will work with you so that you may receive your purchase in a timely manner. Sorry we cannot reorder closeout or specials items.
